Hi i have a problem that io think is related to the codec in my ipod.

I bought a 15gig ipod about 3weeks ago, the first week i stuffed it with some music and havent touched it since exept when i use it to play music. its uppdated with the new software and everything but when i was going to use it today with my itrip (wich i hawe used alot before) the sound was all disorted so i plugged it to my computer to se if the files had been damaged but they sounded ok, so i dug alittle deeper and noticed that the files that were over 128kbit/s where the ones sounding strange, so can it be the decoder thet has in some way gone bad?

Im curently trying to get a way to transfer the playlist back to the library(since i use win xp it kinda har to find a good program since i want the playlist to be the same) and after im done with that im gona format the ipod, but i any one knows a better way or has had the same problem. please let me know, thx in advance
