So I just received my iPod 20GB(original generation) back from apple after battery servicing. Prior to this I backed everything up from my old iPod to my harddrive using Cocktail. Now I have all of these folders labelled (F1-F20) and I don't know how to get these mp3's onto the new iPod.

Do I just plug it in, let iTunes launch, name the thing, and drag all of these 20 folders as is to my iTunes music folder?
