Well, ive gone the route many of you have or want to do and purchased the sony mdr-71's in white brand new off ebay imported from hong kong(the only place to find white ones) and found my ear to be abnormal for the three types of included pads. While there is nothing wrong with these headphones and they are appraised for their great sound for the value, I simply cant fit them in right, so I went and bought a pair of sony MDR-V700's, the dj kind that arnt earbuds and decided to use these instead since i dont really run with the ipod. Good news for whoever is interested in a new pair of the sony earbuds though, because im willing to sell the pair i got off ebay, everything brand new, i simply put them in for a day and took them out, for $39, or best offer.
