iClear for Touch Ordered

If you receive shipping information from Griffin, please post it here. I am interested in Reflect. I ordered Xtrememac Microshield a week ago but it won't be shipped until Nov 16. If I can get it right away, I will cancel Xtrememac so I can take Reflect with me for vacation.

Does anybody know major difference between Microshield and iClear?

I e-mailed and got a nice response: Your order was shipped today (Oct. 31st) and I should receive it by Friday. I ordered one for my Touch and one for a 3g nano. They said since it's coming second day air I wouldn't get the tracking info right away since the number doesn't get issued until it's in transit. I'll keep everyone updated.

i just ordered the reflect from griffin.

I checked the UPS tracking and it is out for delivery to my house for today. I'm going home at lunch time so hopefully it will be there. Anyway, it will be there today. I ordered it Monday morning direct from Griffin so that was quick turnaround. I also ordered the iClear for the 3g Nano so they should be in the same package.

So it came when they said it would. I was upgraded to UPS 2 day air just for asking if the item was in stock after I ordered it. Nice customer service for a change.

The product is very nice. It resembles the Agent 18 I had for my 60gb Video. This one seems a bit better quality than the Agent 18. The one warning I have for all is to be very careful about dust and lint when appling the clear static screen skin. I had mine on just about perfectly when I noticed a decent size piece of lint under the shield. I knew if I attempted to fix it I would make it worse and I did. So off I went to the the local Apple store (5 min. from home) and picked up a Crystal Clear shield skin for the front and back of the touch. It was from a company called Power something or other. Its the only one they had. Let me tell you that this new shield is much better than the one that came with the iClear.

All in all it cost me a few extra bucks to purchase the new screen shield but it looks like I don't even have one. I think it was worth the extra $.

I would tell anyone thinking of purchasing the iClear to order it and you will not be dissapointed. Be careful when appling the screen skin but other than that it is well worth it. I slip mine into a soft neophrene case when transporting it.
