Strange problem with IPOD. Help!

I don't know how this happened or what to do to remedy it. My IPOD will come on every morning at 4am. Can someone tell me what I need to do remedy this probelm??

Welcome to iLounge.Under extras and clock, click into any clocks you have built and see if you have an alarm set.
Wait, this is in the shuffle forum... Do you actually have a shuffle? They don't have alarms.
