Battery and HD replacement for 40gb 4G

Any where you would recommend to do both? It's in great shape and I have a new Classic, but I'd like to get this one fixed up.
Can I get a 60gb HD to fit?
Thanks!

I don't have any places off hand to recommend but as far as getting a 60gb hd in a 40gb casing def not, with some swapping of the headphone jacks you might be able to use a back cover from a 60gb photo to accomodate the bigger hd.

Everything I've seen since yesterday says you can. I ended up ordering a 60GB off of ebay.

My 40GB is fine (except the battery), but I have about 50GB of music on my new classic and like using the 4G at the gym since its old. So hopefully the 60GB will work.

I'm positive you can't get a 60gb hd into a 3rd gen 40gb casing, the drive will work after its restored but you will not be able to snap the casing on, I have both and just to make sure I pulled the 60gb and swapped it into my 40, it worked after the restore but now way I could get it shut without damaging the hd.
