this is how you do it, thank you to some people on www.irovr.com who showed me! i dont know crap about computers and even i could do this.

once your iphone is jailbroken and you have installed NES emulator from installer onto your iphone then this is what you need to do...

1. find a website that has NES roms and download them to your computer.

2. using your iphone, download mobile finder from the installer.

3. open mobile finder from your iphone. in the very upper right corner click on the button with this sign in it that looks like this ~

4. then click on media, then click create button on the bottom, then click on Folder now click and rename the "untitled folder" to ROMs

5. now click and open that ROMs folder and create a folder naming it NES now click that circular button to exit the program.

6. now go to installer and download "ishare" and open it up from your iphone and make an account. (its free)

7. now go to your computer and activate by clicking the link that ishare sent to the email you gave them.

8. now on your computer go to www.sendspace.com and log in using your ishare username and password.

9. once your logged into sendspace upload your NES roms to your account (follow the on screen info for this its very simple)

10. now go back to your iphone and click on ishare and click download, then click on "download from my account" and then click on the game file you want to install, it should take you to an empty page with just two dots and some options on top. Now click the select button on the very top right of that screne once the progress bar has filled up click the back button on the very top left of the screne. now exit out of ishare and open up the NES emulator on your iphone and click on the game you want to play. thats it.
