Hi all, my PC HDD (40gb) is smaller than my Ipod classic (80gb) and its getting filled up very soon, how do i transfer videos manually to ipod manually without syncronizing?

I have the same problem!After asking on these forums i now add my videos normally through auto sync and once they are on my iPod i delete them from my PC.
They show up in iTunes as a missing file when you try to play them.
Your iPod wont delete as it still thinks you want it as there is still a link to it in iTunes.
All my music is still updated using auto sync.

Why not add more storage to the PC?Hard drives are so cheap these days - over here as little as 0.10 (approx $0.20) per GB

Its not a choice for me, unfortunately. I am using my company's pc and have to use whatever is available for me.

Its not a choice for me, unfortunately. I am using my company's pc and have to use whatever is available for me.So drop $100 on a portable external 80gb (or larger) usb/firewire drive. That way when you change jobs, you can take you're music with you.
