Right. . .
i have an 80g ipod classic. . . and im a little confused about skins
i cant find an 'ipod classic skin' anywhere!!
After a little research i think i discovered that an ipod classic is the same as an ipod video
. . . is this true !! :confused: !! !! :confused: !! !! :confused: !!
The website also said that a classic was the same but had a metal casing. .
Does this mean that an ipod video skin or casing wont fit it ??
Basically can an ipod video skin fit an ipod classic?
cos that will make my life so much easier!!

There are only a handful of skins that actually fit the iPod classic. The iPod classic is not the same as the 5G/5.5G iPods but the older cases may fit the iPod classic. The only problem is that the iPod classic is shaped slightly differently than the 5G/5.5G iPods so the cases/skins may not fit like they were meant to. I tried to put an older iSkin on my iPod classic and it fit but not like I wanted it to. iSkin just released their new skins/cases for the iPod classic and I recommend you purchase one. iSkin makes the best skins for the iPod hands down. They aren't like those cheap ones you purchase at Wal-Mart, Best Buy, or RadioShack. They are actually made to fit and protect your iPod. hey check out apple's website they ship and u could shop for skins buy the ipos model this should've been the 1st place u sholu have checked if you dont like what they have check out www.iskin.com they have stuff for the classic hope this helps
