I have a friend who is driving up from Georgia and needless to say there aren't many great radio stations to listen to. Their Ipod Nano has decided to suddenly stop laying songs and endlessly cycle threw them like they aren't there. They did a reset to factory defaults when it first happened and that solved the problem but it has happened again and that doesn't solve the problem now. Randomly a song will play but it is rare and there is no pattern to which song it will play (it is never the same one twice).

And ideas or resources to solving this problem?
