I ejected my iPod (5th gen, video) from the computer before Sharepod had shut down properly and as a result, the iPod is showing that it is completely wiped of songs.

However! The songs/movies/files are still on there somewhere as the computer is showing that all the space is still filled on the hard drive. To make things more difficult, I'm on the road travelling right now, so don't have iTunes to help me or any backups with me.

Is there some way I can re-access the tunes etc.?
