What are my options regarding 2 dead pixels on ipod classic?

I have purchased a 160 ipod classic from the apple store online.

So far my ipod has been working flawlesly, I have experienced no skipping or crashing as has been reported in some cases.

My only frustration is that I have 2 dead (white) pixels on my sceren, one of which is in the centre. They are small, but noticable.

Is it unreasonable of me to expect a flawless screen out of the box? I realise that pixels can die and that after having an ipod for a few months then it would be unreasonable to expect a replacment as its just wear and tear.

Anyway, I know if I went to the store and asked for a replacement on the basis that I have 2 dead pixels they would most likely say no so my question is this...

On the website it states... http://store.apple.com/Catalog/US/Images/salespolicies.html#topic-19

Return and Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Apple purchase of a product, please call 1-800-676-2775 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Configure-to-order, personalized or other customized products may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival (see the section below for more detailed information on such Dead on Arrival products). If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Apple will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

Does this mean even if there is no fault I could return my ipod if not happy within 14 days of purchase even if opened? And could I take it back or get a replacement at a high street apple store if I bought my ipod online at apple?

You're probably better off contacting Apple by phone in this case.
