Wrong engraving

I don't know how common this is to happen, but I seem to have gotten someone else's engraving on my new iPod Classic 160GB.

When ordering, I put down my phone number to be engraved, but when I got it yesterday it says "Budweiser Chill: iPod Time"
:shake:

Will Apple exchange this for one with the engraving I requested? I've read it can take over 3 weeks??

They should be able to find the "real" owner, but yeah, may take a little while. Hope u have something to fall back on b4r YOUR 160 arrive.

Your phone#? what's the logic here?

Yeah well, assuming the person who finds it is a good samaritan and not a weirdo/stalker. An email address would be better, registering with unlose.it ( http://unlose.it) even better.

Haha, that's is bizarre obviously you have received the wrong ne as that would be a odd phone number :P...

Why not ive them a call as I'm sure they would just send you an empty box to send that one in and send you a properly engraved one...

Good Luck !
