Video screen Dead Pixel

Ok, so I'm noticing this dead pixel now that have some movies on my iPod. Do you think im covered? My warranty is good until November. And I'm nowhere near an Apple store. Has anyone sent in their iPod that could tell me what i need to do? like do I send it in the original box? etc.. thanks

Ok, it's a stuck pixel, not a dead pixel. dead pixels are black this is white/green. After googling it seems people are returning thier iPhones because of stuck pixels and getting replacements.

Also, and I seem to be answering my own questions here, but I fixed the stuck pixel. Best way is to either let a movie play on your ipod for awhile or play one of the games. After trying to fix the stuck pixel using the built in diagnostics by changing the screen colors, then using a "pixel fixer" mp4 file, I decided to give it a break and play a few newly acquired games. Well it is now fixed. Also.. to answer my other question, Apple's service policy states that after 180 days of purchase you must pay 30.00 for shipping UNLESS you have Applecare then it's free. They also send you a paid shipping box to send it. So, if you have a Stuck pixel try my remedy (which also works for iPhones and PSPs), if it's a dead pixel send it back. If you are our of warranty ebay a cheap screen and DIY!
