I have a 4G 20GB iPod that I just started to use again after a while of not using it and now I am having problems with it. I had always had it in a case but somehow the back of the iPod has a slight dent in it in the middle of the back case and now it skips and stutters when I try to play some songs and it won't sync with my computer sometimes. I have a new touch ipod coming but I would like to get this one fixed.
