Okay, so I recently had my 11-month old iPod get a messed up hard drive on me and since I had Best Buy's 3 year warranty, took it to the geek squad and waited for my replacement to arrive. Well, it's now arrived and I'm wondering exactly what the warranty situation is on this one. Is the Best Buy warranty now dead (and is Best Buy aware of this) and if so, is there any way I can get some type of warranty for this one.
