All I have read is that when you plug the Apple Radio Remote in, you get a message that says it is not supported. Which sounds like to me that it is totally incompatible (but I don't know for sure.)

I can stick my Touch in my Klipsch iFi system, and control the Touch with the Klipsch remote control (forward, back, play, pause). So at least that part of it has not changed. I think that anything that appears on the iPod menu is not compatible (such as the FM radio), but the Klipsch iFi doesn't do that.

That leads me to believe that a remote only (no FM radio) should still work- after all that's basically the same thing as the Klipsch dock control. There are various cheap remotes available on EBay for about $10 that do not have an FM radio, but have a Shuffle style remote pad. They plug in through the dock, and are advertised as being compatible with all previous dock connector iPods.

For $10, it's probably worth trying one of those with a Touch. I would actually do it myself, but I'm returning mine (screen issue) and plan to wait for the screen situation to resolve before getting another unit.

thanx!
but the FM tuner is not working for sure, right?

i mustly use the apple radio-remote as a radio (and not as a remote), so i guess it mean no touch for me... or is there any other solution to listen radio with ipod touch?
