Does anyone know a good program besides iTunes?

Mac or PC? On the Mac, you can used MP3 Rage.

I use mp3tag.

Ditto on mp3tag. Went through 40 Gbs of mp3s using Mp3tag to make sure all tags and album art was correct. Works great.
