I need some advice. I tried to put songs on my 3rd gen ipod but itunes would not add the albums after sync. I had to eject my pod, but when I eventually managed it, the screen crashed and would not come back on. I let the battery run down then out it on the charger. It came back on but the hold button was stuck. I took the pod apart and flicked the hold swith but no luck. I then tried to put it back onto itunes and the screen crasshed again. HELP ME.
