Skip Podcasts When Shuffling

I know you can skip Podcasts when shuffling by checking "Skip While Shuffling" or you can make a Smart Playlist with Genre != Podcast and shuffle through that. Is there a way to automatically check "Skip While Shuffling" on Podcasts downloaded through iTunes? I'm on Windows, so Apple Script won't do it.

If you download podcasts through iTunes (using a Podcast subscription) this is done automatically.

What about subscribing via RSS feed?

If the RSS feed is being downloaded by iTunes it sets Skip on Shuffle automatically.

If you download it with a browser you have to set it manually.
