Had a problem with a downloaded tune being all crackly. Complained to Itunes and got a 1 song credit which appears in the Itunes store next to email address. Trouble is I managed to download 1 song (don't know yet if it was free) and now can't download any more.

I get the error "Your free song is out of date" and "Click on OK to refresh and try your purchase again"...this doesn't work.

Emailed Itunes 3 times now with no reply....Anyone who can help I'd really appreciate it.
