FLAC files + itunes question...
is there such a program that makes a FLAC files accessible for us on itunes to be able and add lyrics, art work etc?
i used "dBpoweramp CD Ripper" to decode my cd's and make them into FLAC files (instead of MP3's) but i'm not able to add lyrics to the files or any art work
is this because it's an actual .wav file and not an MP3 file?
is there any other programs recommended to decode files from cd's and make them into FLAC files to play in an ipod? (and i think i'm still up to date...itunes still doesn't support FLAC correct?)
many thanks for any kind of help/idea/clue! :)

I'm not sure what you're doing here, but I'll toss out some observations:
dBpoweramp automatically tags everything you've told it to at the time you rip & encode, the only thing it's relatively poor at is album art because it uses the AMG database that maxes out at 250x250. If you mean these fields are actually blank, then *you* are doing something wrong with your configuration and/or use of dBpoweramp.
It's not going to label a FLAC file as a WAV, but even if it did, it supports tagging WAV files - so whatever your tag issue is is not specifically related to dBpoweramp.
iTunes can not natively support FLAC at all. There is apparently some work around with enclosing the FLAC file in an Ogg container and then using an Ogg plugin to make them play but I've not bothered to figure out how to do it since there seems little point.
However, if your goal is lossless in iTunes, which I assume it is since you're asking about FLAC, you can use dBpoweramp to rip to Apple Lossless and import that into iTunes. The downside to this is that uses a reverse engineered encoder that A) is not as good at compression as Apple's and B) fails to encode properly on some very large files (so make sure you have "verify audio" checked to be sure). You could either then reconvert the dB-Apple Lossless to Apple-Apple lossless once in iTunes or go all masochistic and rip right to wave, import, and then tag everything once you convert it to Apple lossless in iTunes.
