My Number Artists Are At the Bottom, Why?
So I reinstalled Windows XP on my computer, and when I installed iTunes, my Artists whose names begin with a number appear at the bottom instead of the top. Is there a way to fix this?:shake:

i have the same problem when I upgraded to iTunes 7.3.2 or 7.4 (I forget which upgrade it started happening with).
I have 7.4.1 installed now and since this is the 2nd or 3rd release since noticing this issue, I think this may be by design or just some bug Apple hasn't caught yet. Maybe it's sorted this way for better compatibility with the new iPods.

Mine just did this to my Music and my Movies after iTunes crashed. I wonder if it's a symptom of some type of crash bug.

There's no fix. It's intentional. Starting with iTunes 7.3, it now ignores symbols and words like "the." So, "The Cure" now appears under "C" instead of "T." Also, they've now decided to put numbers at the bottom, even though no other software works in this manner. It makes no sense, but it was intentional.
There is a long thread on it here:

Please post any further comments in that thread. I'm closing this one.
Thanks.
