Oh no, now what? HELP.
Well I loaded the newest version of I-tunes into my computer. I had a credit of $40 in a pre-paid card on my previous version. Now when I turn my i-tunes on it's not recognizing it. It wants me to re-do an account.
Is there a way to locate that previous balance of $40?
Please help.

Well, your Music Store account has the $40 credit (not your iTunes installation)...what happens when you try signing in to your iTMS account?

Well it doesn't even let me sign in. It's saying that my account has never been used. They want me to create one with either apple or aol.

Make sure you've got your account info straight, and then call 'em up and get 'em busy finding out what happened to your stuff.
(Well, I know they can be called...but I can't find the number right now. This web page lets you get in touch with the "where's my account" people (http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/store/), via email.)
