Possible bug?

had a passcode on ipod..went to sync it..restarted it..when it started back up it asked ofr passcode...and on itunes it said before opening with itunes you must enter passcode...now i thought..on the old ipods...couldnt you of just connect it to itunes if you forget??

what happens if you forget your passcode for the touch????

Write it down on a piece of paper and store it in your desk somewhere.

^ thats not the point man..the point is on the old ipods you could of just plugged it into itunes and get the code back..with this you cant...

say you cdont write it on a piece of paper...what are you going do then?

I prefer it this way. If someone steals my iPod touch, they won't be heading home and simply popping it on to their computer to delete my password. What's the point of a security lock if it can be circumvented so easily?

Keep it this way! Nobody should be able to get into my iPod touch without my permission!
