Return to Best Buy?

i bought the 8gb ipod touch on tuesday. i decided i want to get the 16gb. the ipod is scrathless with the original screen cover and a screen cover on the back. will they return if i just say i want to exchange for a 16gb?

only way to know is to ask them :)might be tough since there's nothing wrong with it and now they can't legally sell it as New.

uhhh..why wouldnt they take it back??..as long as its within 30 days you have the right to rreturn it for whatever reason..only thing is you have to pay the difference im sure..and if not..just return it, get the money back, buy the 16 gig

I went to Best Buy to return my 16 gig, bad screen touch. It has scratches on it and even a chip on the corner. I walked in and the first thing the CSR said was "your's is bad too?" I said yes it is, would you like for me to show you? She said no, I believe you. I asked her if she had even seen the problem and she said she had not so I showed her the picture of the Jay Z album cover and another person behind the counter. They were shocked but they were aware there was a problem, they just hadn't seen it in person.So, needless to say, my return experience at Best Buy was flawless!!!!
Now, if they would just get the new ones in...
