Whats the return policy at costco?

90 Day Return Policy...1 Year Costco Warranty on top of Apple Warranty...

Costco (and I imagine, other stores) is getting there's in via UPS. Just thought I'd keep everyone in the loop that they'll be delivered differently then normal shipments, in this case, 5:00AM semi trucks.

Actually, while Costco does have a great 90-day, no questions asked, no restocking fee return policy, I am fairly (but not 100%) certain that the warranty coverage is not past the 90 days. While it is 2 years for computers and TVs, it specificely does not mention MP3 players. While you can use their concierge service as tech support, you still have to rely on Apple for warranty coverage.

I am not certain about this, but I am certain that Costco HAS changed its policy from the past that allowed unlimited returns of MP3 players (and other electronics) because it was costing them too much. 90 days is still great, and tech support could be useful, but if your ipod breaks on day 91 Apple is the only one who will actually fix it, and if it breaks on day 367 (hey, here's an early gift to all of you out there, next year is a leap year! Have fun with your extra day) you're pretty much out of luck

On the other hand, I asked about the ipod today at a Costco, and they said that they were supposed to get them in the 18th (I think the computer was lying to them about that being realistic) but that they very well might be on the 5:00AM truck tomorrow. I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up though...

You are right, i thought it was 2 years thats why i was leaning towards get my ipod touch from costco but i found out its only 90 days, thats still the best policey though. Its legit, i stummbled upon a topic about this recently their were quotes out of costco's return policey stating what the 2 year warranty covered, and its not ipods.
