Backlight out?

I powered it up for the first time and it looked just fine, nice and bright and when I plugged it in it went away. the backlight is no longer on. and I went into settings and checked and its on (in settings) I am soo bummed out, I can see the images but like its dark, cause the light is off. AHH! It is a week 38 by the way.

Chris, have you tried powering it down by holding the sleep button on the top and then rebooting it? Maybe even cycle the auto brightness feature on and off with the brightness settings? This sucks though, sorry to hear about the problem.JeepRs at 2007-11-15 12:49:44 >

It seems the problem fixed it self. I was on the phone did all the stuff requested. no work. I tried rebooting a few times, then one time after it went to sleep I pressed a button and it came to life. so far last couple hours no problems.chrisluby at 2007-11-15 12:50:42 >
