what about asian countries?
i live in singapore and i preordered ipod touch in 11th of sep.
is there any possiblity of getting one before 28th of sep?
and according to the order detail, my touch's part number is MA627ZP/A
does it mean it's week 27?

chances of you getting an iPod touch before the 28th - about as good as Australia getting them...!
i haven't heard of any Aussies receiving the touch yet, so with a week to go, who knows!!
as for the part number - that doesn't indicate which week it was manufactured - that'll be the serial number, which will be on the box as well as on the back of the iPod. That will probably be on the packing note if you're having it delivered.
Anyway I have a feeling that all the ones going to the rest of the world will be post week 28 since it seems all the early touches ended up in the US.
We'll see next week :)
