IPod Touch Week 38 At Costco in So. Cal

I saw the IPod Touch week 38 at the Costco in Cypress, CA. I think they have a 90 day return policy.
Does anyone know if the IPod Touch 38 has fixed the audio problem?

Yes, at least on mine it did and I think in everyone else's it did too.

Exciting to hear that Costco has it in. I went right by one today but was in a hurry and since I hadn't heard of any reports that anywhere had it (even Best Buys at this point) I didn't waste my time.

I think I'll stop by tomorrow, and if it isn't there, I'll still treat myself to a Very Berry Smothie:D
