how long after you guys ordered it and you got your e-mail?
am getting slightly worried.

ordered teh 16gig touch form apple store UK 45 mins ago and they said they will send me an e-mail about the details of when it should arrive but its still not come yet

I got my email right away, check your junk mail folder, my order confirmation got tagged as SPAM, but I am the IT guy, so i was able to force deliver from my mail server. I got the 16GB unit myself with the free engraving. I downloaded some software that is used to conver movies to Iphone compatibility, I am certain this would also work for the Touch?

I got the 16GB unit myself with the free engraving.I will never get engraving with them again. They shipped me a engraved iPod last time and it came with a bad battery that wouldn't hold the charge. Even though it was bad from the beginning they would not replace it with another new one, instead they wanted me to send it back and get it repaired. I told them that it came from their factory damaged but because they consider it custom there is no returns...ever....even if it comes with the face cracked in half.
