Applications for the Ipod Touch...
I have been doing alot of thinking and i have realized something that may make everyone feel even better about their purchase of the touch.
Apple is going to release a apps. store in itunes and i would imagine these can be downloaded into the touch. Apps like Mail, Google Maps, Notes & even games. I mean let's think about this for a second. If apple loaded ALL of these onto the touch, the storage would decrease even more and not EVERYONE wants these apps. Apple is smart, they are going to come out with the touch with basic features and in the coming months let people use these apps to customize their touch to how THEY want it.
I actually would love this, Now this isn't definite. I did talk to a apple rep though and he did say there will be an apps store for iphone and said would imagine be the same for the touch.
What do you guys think?

As much as I like the idea of an Apps store they should first port over Notes and Google Maps for free seeing that they are already pre-loaded on the iPhone. I know these are two apps that seperate the Phone from the Touch, but look at the update coming that will give the Phone WiFi-Tunes. After those yea I see a store as being a feasible idea and a very good one at that, it would allow people to take customization of their DAP to a whole new level. Just like now people look to see what songs you have on your iPod to get a grasp of who you are we can now start looking at each others Apps to get a feeling for each other.

It makes sense that Apple would capture those apps dollars, instead of giving it away to the hacks.
