After reading this new (http://ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/difusi-releases-new-ipod-cases/) I have ordered a Nano Valet Rev 2 from Difusi on the 2nd October 2006. 11 months later I have still not received the case ! I have sent 12 mails to DIFUSI, of which only two were answered saying that they will let me know ... Last mail from DIFUSI is from February 2007.

After reading this other new (http://ilounge.com/index.php/news/comments/belch-debuts-carbon-fiber-ipod-nano-cases/) I decided to order a carbon fiber case for my 2G Nano. I have ordered it on June 28th and haven't received anything yet ! I have sent 4 e-mails, only the first was answered asking me to check with neighbors and roomates because they said that they have sent the case on the 3rd of July but they didn't give me any trackign number.

I think that this is totally unacceptable; customer satisfaction really doesn't seem to be a priority for these companies.

Just an advice to save you money and time : do not order your Nano case from them !
