2nd Gen Nano quit today and has a black bar running horizontally across the screen and a black battery symbol with a triangle and exclamation point when I hook it up to the charger. See a couple or marks on the back that appear to possibly be heat type marks.

Can't find anything about this in any manuals, etc.. Is it broke?

Have no idea what I did but it is now charging correctly, or at least it is showing that it is charging.
