hi everybody. i have a creative zen vision w that i bought about 3 months ago. i use it in school a lot, so it's in my backpack all the time. just recently my backpack was dropped, causing the screen to be all cracked and the screen doesnt work anymore. i want to know what to do now. i bought it off ebay brand new. i want to know what to do. can i sell it to somebody who will refurbish it? where can i get something like that fixed? please help!
