in serious need of help

okay heres the situation...bare with me....bought the 2g ipod silver...i think its 2nd generation...i got this on monday september 3rd...the new ipod nano 4gb for 150$ came out wednesday...so i exchanged and no big deal...now my problem with this is when i load the songs onto the new ipod from my comp...im using ephpod...and also tried using music jukebox...the songs are on the ipod but not in the actual player...meaning when i go to my computer and open it up you see the files there unde rmusic...but its not in the actual player...please help, it is greatly appreciated

Um I may be wrong, but the new ipods just came out very recently and apple controls what works with the ipods initially. Since programs like ephpod are not by apple or major companies I think you will have to wait a while until they have an update that works with the new nano's. not sure how long but I would say at least a week until after the new generations are out. of course there may be a compatible version already, just update the program to the newest version and try that.

ephpod's website also says that even their newest versions might not work with the new ipods.
