Sending Email From Multiple Accounts

I have 3 email accounts I use on my iPhone and the ony way I have found to send email on a specific account is to change the default account under settings.
That is insane. Am I missing something?

Strange. I'll have to try this out myself. I was under the impression the default account was specifically for sending email while outside of the Mail app.
