For some reason, I lost all my sound last night on my iPhone. I really don't know if I did anything to cause this to happen. No sound when playing any music or movies. No sound when trying to make a call, not even when I press the number on my keypad when dialing. I did the update to 1.1.1 last week but it went fine.

I did notice though that when I went into my sounds to change my ringtone, I ended up losing the custom ringtones that I had made, not purchased from iTunes. I don't know whether or not this started the problem with no sound or not.

The only sound I get is when my phone rings. Other than that... nothing.

Can anyone here shed some light on this...? The only thing I've tried so far is turning off the phone and turning it back on which doesn't help. Is there a way to do a hard reboot on the iPhone ? Or will going into the menus and selecting "reset" help...?

Any help or feedback is greatly appreciated.
