iphone ringtone app for windows?

i've seen plenty of apps to convert custom ringtones for the iphone, but they are all mac based. Are there any windows versions?

Does it still work with the latest iTunes? I tried it the other day, and I couldn't get the ringtones it made into iTunes.

There's one on this site I was reading. It's called iRingToner 1.51, I personally haven't used it cause I'm still using iTunes 7.4.1

so I don't know if it costs money or if its free, but I do know you have to register on their forum to download it?? That's another reason why I haven't used it. I don't like registering.

if anyone's used it, what are your opinions of it? I'm curious because I know eventually, I'll have to upgrade my iTunes ... *sigh*

ok.. found few problems using iRingtoner. The first one is to reset your iphone all the time after uploading the ringtones, because it doenst work, the second problem is to run this program again after using the itunes because itunes removes your ringtones and again you have to reset your Iphone.
