[Griffin TuneFlex] - compatible with 3rd Generation Nano?

hi,

I was gonna get the "TEN's Technology flexibleDock", but that's not for sale anymore.

So, does someone know whether Griffin's TuneFlex (http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/tuneflexaux/) will work with 3rd Generation Nano's?
There are 2 things I'm concerned about:

1) Will the Audio Output work? While it uses the same connector like all other iPods, it seems that Apple has changed the interface. For instance, "Belkin's Auto Kit for iPod (http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=149006)" that only provides audio output is not listed to work 3rd Generation iPods.

2) Will it hold my iPod? 3rd Generation iPods got wider, so it might stick out a little on the sides, but that's fine with me.

Has someone tried this?

thank you

Here is the thing:

I found it surprising that Griffin lists their old 9555 release to be compatible with 3rd Generation Nanos / Ipod Classic, which only comes with a Cassette adapter as opposed to an AUX cable.

There is a possibility that it won't play music and only charges the newer iPod hence the cassette adapter. I was reading somewhere that there are some problems with the new iPods connector interface.

Does someone know?
