IPHONE in your car?

I would like to use my IPHONE as a direct connect to my stereo in my car. I am looking to use the ipod feature, but I would love if someone could suggest a headunit that would allow me to also use bluetooth. Does anyone have any suggestions?

id suggest any aftermarket deck with blue tooth and a aux out ( a aux out is a connection so you can plug in any type of mp3 player)
