Peripheral adapter..no go with 6g classic
I bought a peripheral adapter for my dodge neon about a year ago, when i had the 2nd gen nano. EVERYTHING worked perfectly...I now upgraded to the classic and when i plug it in, the sound quality is AMAZING, BUT the click wheel is impossible to use, it moves a little bit but does not respond with my finger. When i unplug it the click wheel works perfectly.
Does anyone else have a Peripheral and tried this with their new classic or 3g nano?
I also emailed peripheral today and told them the problem..i will post the response when i get it. They usually are pretty good at returning email. let me know!

I just got an email back from peripheral and THEY DO! have another adapter so that the new ipod CLASSIC and NANO will work with all peripheral interfaces. As of right now they are sending them FREE to anyone who needs one. You dont even have to send back the old one, just throw it away is what they say. So if anyone has a Peripheral ipod solution for their car and their new ipod does not work, just email the company. WOOT!!! i was gona take back my classic and get a video off of ebay too, now i dont have too!

Schwaluki, when you say you purchased the adapter "about a year ago" I am curious if it was still within the one year warranty? I was advised by Peripheral that they were only replacing units that were still under warranty.
