Car Charger With Line Out
The only car chargers that I can find with a line out are the Belking AutoKit, Sendstation Smartcharge, and the Sik Imp. I don't like the Imp because it will have two wires going to the ipod. The Belkin sometimes seems to have problems from what I see on reviews.
So I was leaning towards the Sendstation Smartcharge. The only problem with that is I'm not sure it will fit in my armrest, which is where my outlet is. I know it can pivot some, but I'm not sure if it is enough, there aren't any dimensions on their site and I've emailed them, but haven't received a response. Anyone have one of these?

what about this cable ,this will give you full range out of the ipod preamp no eq no volume from ipod it also charges the ipod and stops when the ipod is full no cigarette lighter this can be install behind the dash

Not sure what reviews you've seen...there's a lot of folks who love the AutoKit; don't think you'll find too many with complaints. If it fits, give it a try. Mine has survived Michigan winter/summer, and just keeps on rockin'
