I've seen this not answered yet, so here is my problem,
i have the itrip lcd with the silver knob on the side,
and when i plug it in to my ipod the screen flashes for a second and then the screen is blank

if i do a soft reset (middle + menu) the screen lights up the whole time, but no numbers or anything, just a bright lcd screen turned on.

so does anyone know how to fix it?
or
do i need to be looking for a new fm transmitter that does not suck
