has anyone looked into a charger and video output solution for ipod. Im lookin to attach it to a multimedia input and then into my RNS-E. So far I have found the following:

but im not positive where to attach the power to. Id like to have it pause the ipod when the car is turned off, but to still keep charging. (I think one of the always on cigarette lighters in one of my cars did that by flashing when the car was turned off, on purpose or most likely just a sideeffect)

anyone know of a better or less expensive solution?
