I have recently completed writing a tutorial on how to use iPodWizard, as well as how to install iPodLinux, Rockbox, iBoy and Wikipodia on the iPod Video. I wrote this tutorial because installing iPodLinux on the iPod 5G isn't very well documented, many tutorials require SLAX, or are outdated after the iPod's firmware change sometime last year. Also, many people may not know that Wikipedia can be used on 5G iPods. Plus my tutorial has lots of pictures, and everyone loves pictures right?? :)
