This is a post by me from last year. I predicted the iPod Touch's wifi capabilities, the funny part about this post is how many of you haters were wrong and how funny you look now. I know I had to do this becuase I am so right.
I believe iPod syncing over Wifi to iTunes is coming soon as well, which I predicted as a feature of a Wifi Powered iPod.
I also predicted the video nano, and the funny thing about going back to this post is to point out they were announced at the same time, wow.
The reason that the iPod Nano isn't 16:9 touchscreen yet is becuase I am predicting the iPhone Nano first and then a touchscreen nano after that, they want to establish their phone presense.

It's safe to say that many of us realists knew that there would sooner or later be launched. Further more you guess wasn't sophisticated in the sense that you posted in a forum containing links to illustrations from Apple's touch screen patents.

FYI, the iPod Touch isn't 16:9. And I fail to see this Mini-HD Quicktime format... Unless you mean H264, which was around last year.
So... What's this "Wifi Powered iPod" you speak of? Because last I checked, it wasn't exactly possible to power something over WiFi.

Im going to go farther then the thinksecret and declare that the iPod will also have wireless and I bet April 1st

becuase the device is going to cost an arm and a leg becuase the device is going to introduce like a Mini-HD Quicktime format thats 16:9 giving people with a 5g reason to get the next gen

And a few months later they will revise the iPod Nano and take the clickwheel out, bigger sized HDDs, and introduce video to the Nano or advanced Palm-Pilot like functions outlined in that Patent. I dont think they are coming out with a tablet-pc they are just going to make the nano be a little pocket pc in design, I mean come on the whole face of a nano, yeah the video might be too small, but what about as an organizer?
I can't say wrong to that since it isn't a few months later yet... but I can say I highly doubt it.

Uhhh plenty of people predicted a touch screen iPod, so whats the big deal? I guess I should make a post gloating in the fact that I predicted the spyshots were real and they were of the new nano?
