MacLounge

You guys should make a site like iLounge but for macs. You could have rumors, forums, reviews, etc all dedicated to macs. There are a lot of mac sites but I would love one with the quality of iLounge.

I don't know if this has already been suggested but I thought it would be cool. What do you think.

I love the idea and think it would be great. It would be like a successful spin-off of a television series.

Yea...I'm surprised that no one has thought of this before. I would love to have a site like this for macs.

Just curious...with sites like Macintouch, MacFixit, TUAW, ars technica, Insider, Rumors, Geekery, X Factor, X Hints, etc. what niche do you see that needs filling?

Well, I really like the community of iLounge. I know there are a lot of sites for the mac but I really like iLounge and it would be cool if there was a site like it for mac related things.

I would at least like to see a section of the forums for macs.

Give the MacWorld boards (http://www.macworld.com/forums/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?Cat=) a try. Lottsa folks been hanging out there for years (like, decade+), and the population is wonderfully, Macfully diverse and talented. (And with mods like Jim Dalrymple, Dan Frakes and Peter Cohen, how can you go wrong? ;-)
