I find it unbelievable that a site such as this that looks into every detail of these gadgets can practically ignore this! This should be front page news on this site - not the latest shuffle case or some such trivia! There are lots of annoyances with this iPod but there are some that DON'T WORK at all. I am not a novice user, I have a large tried and tested library but it constantly fails to load on my iPod classic. I spent hours trying and now am taking it back for a refund. The Applestore staff claim no knowledge of these problems. I will have done 3 60 mile round trips getting these replaced just to end up with my money back! Come on Apple you are losing customers.

Perhaps a temporary "bug" forum for the first 30-45 days of a major release (major = products that contribute to the life of this website) until the main problems wind down?

Lets adult noobs surf the issues quickly without registering for one post, and veterans help the noobs a bit easier.
