It does. And the feedback on them has been good. It's advertised as New in package black Sennheiser earbud headphones.

You can't tell from pictures. Feedback isn't reliable either as a lot of peopl have no idea what real Senns sound like. Also it doesn's stop dealers selling some real some fake.The fakes are now so realistic that the packaging is identical, the grills looks the same, the wires are almost the right length, the jack is silver etc etc - i.e. they've read the guides about spotting fakes and have adjusted.
I bought a pair recently that would have passed for real. They sounded better than the standard white ipod phones but nowhere near as good as real Senns. The only way I could be sure they were fake is that the impedance was not 16 ohms - more like 32.
Basically, if they are much cheaper than the cheapest reputable web supplier (Amazon's OWN sales - not marketplace, Play.com etc) then they are probably fake. Test the impedance when you get them to be sure.

I noticed that when they were selling "authentic" ones for around 21.00 so I left them alone. :)
